1. I am doing so bad. Shoulder impingement is no better. And due to this I have not been to the weights room for over 2.5 months now.
2. I hurt my foot and had blood blister while running. I have not been running for some time to recover from foot injury.
So, very inactive last month. Looks like I am going to miss my goals.
I hate Shoulder Impingement and foot injuries
