The Great Labor Day Goal Challenge

1. I am doing so bad. Shoulder impingement is no better. And due to this I have not been to the weights room for over 2.5 months now.

2. I hurt my foot and had blood blister while running. I have not been running for some time to recover from foot injury.

So, very inactive last month. Looks like I am going to miss my goals. :mad:

Lost two pounds! Which may sound like a trifle, but it's actually 7 lbs since I regained 5 when I went home to visit my parents (My mom expresses her love through food, and I love my mom....) and so I lost two in addition to those 5 I had to address. Also, I've developed some formidable biceps. Seriously, my friends are all astounded. Especially my roommate who has always viewed my excessive egg white habit as an eccentric quirk but now even she agrees that all that protein is being put to good use.

Also, I am more energetic than ever before. I realized that I actually function better if I eat every 2 hours rather than 3, so I've been doing that. Though I do feel like my bag is always full of tupperware containers, plastic baggies, wrappers, like I'm packing food for a week of camping and not just a day's outing. But whatever, it works for me. :)

Still working on those push-ups and pull-ups!
 
So how are we doing with the challenge? I've found I'm doing lvl 8 on the elliptical, the bicep curl doesn't really apply since my routine has changed since then, and am still above 250 (but hope to get in under the wire). Anyone else have an update?
 
Well it's the day after Labor Day... how'd we all do? I managed to squeak in under 250 before the big day, so I consider my goal accomplished. Anyone else?
