The Fat Is Still The Same

Hey guys, I was very bothered about this, so I thought maybe some one could shed some light on this.
I have lost weight, I feel it in my old pants, however, I do not see a difference at all in the scale and in the measurements.
I measure my thies the high part, and my cafs the highest parts as well as my arms, the highest area.
Now, those numbers have not changed at all sence 10 pound weight loss.
I don`t see it either.
The weight loss doesn`t show much, that is bothering me a lot.
I am afraid that I will keep losing weight and yet look the same. I am unsure. Any comment on this, advice, question, could help.

I weigh: 150-148ish
I stared at: 160
Height: 5, 2
Frame: Medium

Give us some solid detail on what you are doing right now (diet, training, how long, etc)

Well, you're not gonna visibly SEE 10 lb difference..Most of that will be water and very little fat. You might feel lighter, and as you said, can tell a difference in how the clothes fit, so you've lost some mass, but you probably won't be seeing much physical evidence of weight loss until you keep going with it. Remember it's easy to get discouraged, and remember its about how you feel, and how you look is second.

Well that was some limited info, I took a little look at your blog.

Off the bat understand that changes happen that we always can't "measure", this is why I always suggest guiding by using a full arsenal of grading.

Measurements (tape)
Measurements (body fat)
Scale

Performance

If non of these are improving then yes you need to change something.

I would also think about adding in some resistance training into your program. This will create more physical changes and take you from getting the "skinny fat" look. And no you can't get bulky especially on the calories you are eating.

Depending on how much you have to lose, 10 lbs may not show much. You may feel your clothes are a little looser, but to see measurable difference all over, probably too soon. Once you lose another 10, though, you'll probably start to see more difference. Don't give up, don't get discouraged!
