Note: This post contain portion size, time mangament and food examples

1. Eat a large size breakfast like a queen/king.

(6:00 am - 8:00 am)

Food Example:
Wheat Oatmeal with Fruit, Brown Boiled Egg and Healthy Green Smoothie

2. Eat a medium size lunch like a princess/prince.

(11:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m)

Food Example:
Cucumber Tea Sandwich, Sweet Potatoe Chips, and Lemon Water

3. Eat a small dinner like a peasant

(5:00 pm - 6:00 pm)

Food Example:
Cauliflower Crust Vegan Pizza and Plain Water

Tips:
Never skip a meal or starve yourself for the ideal weight. Three meal underneath a decent portion could help you through the day. Everybody contain a different food schedule depending on their health condition.

My goal is never eat after 7:00 pm. Now (I fully understand why some sophisticated restaurant service only small portion of food. Hehe. )Avoid early naps or resting your body on the couch before bedtime (9:00 or 10:00). The acid in your stomach need time to breakdown your meals.

Almost forgot... Beware of midnight carving aka snacking. Eat something light like grape, popcorn or water work for me.

Sooooo. Remember to eat slowly, manage your food and enjoy some good eating.

-Peace

Do you make your own cauliflower crust? I'd like to try it but I haven't yet found a recipe I liked the look of.
Those fancy restaurants may serve small portions but they tend to be as high-calorie as a normal meal at home :p

@LaMaria Making your own food is the best thing to do these days. Got to watch out for high fructose corn syrup and another toxic in our food. The answer for your question is yes. I like to tryout new things to fit my diet. I got the receipt in my homemade health cookbook. Ill maybe sneak a few recipe like sweet potatoe french fries.

You're kinda correct. The goal for the fancy restaurant servicing small portion of dishes: art of food and light taste test.

I highly agree that homemade food is best direction for weight loss. Steam and slow cook been working out for me.

Anywayyyyy.

The restaurant kinda service multiple food with small portions without feeling bloating like the premade cook food from our favorite buffet. They're healthy restaurant that would print calories on the menu for the clients. Some people would half eat their meal. The water before and after the meal (person with self control)would fill them up.

Remember: Your dinner should be the size of a fist.

After you done eating your dinner. You make sure to sit down for your food to digest. Do a nice light workout before bed. And drink some plain water to ease the bowel movement for morning bathroom stop.

Have a great day! By the way - you are very pretty)

While there is nothing wrong with most of the exercises as such, you cannot spot reduce fat, doing specific exercises will strengthen and develop the muscles of the area targeted but it will not reduce the fat. Infographics that promote the myth of spot reduction are deceptive. Also note that the exercise you have listed as the bow (related to the cobra position) is considered a dangerous exercise, back extensions, while being an important exercise is often over done by hyper-extending and is listed as an exercise for trainers to never give their clients. I should also note that many of the exercises do not target the muscles the person who wrote the info graphic believes they do. For example Good mornings are an exercise specifically targeting the Hamstring muscles of the legs, and will do absolutely nothing for "Bra Under Fat"

I remember my trainer telling, fat reduce hit on random parts of our body. I remember trying lost weight on upper area. Only weight decreasing is my legs. I strongly strong. I still post pictures on different type of exercises to work on.

I never knew this either till the other day. Cardio is for fat loss and fat will disappear in order of appearance. You can develop muscle though to specific areas.

I have lost a fair amount of weight and many people have commented to me about it but most of my measurements have remained the same. It is my butt that seems to have lost the most. I haven't been doing much cardio until very recently, just doing strength-building but I'm changing it up a bit. I do a fair amount of walking but I feel like it doesn't do much. I walk on work breaks for 20 minutes and I walk with the kids (2 kids walking, 1 in stroller) and I think I'd get more benefits walking faster and longer than I can.

Angelike, keep up the good work!
