The Devil's new Routine: Please critique

Creatine with any form of citrus isn't so good, switch the orange juice to a sugary drink/sports drink or grape juice, and other type of juice, that doesnt have citrus
 
Is it because of the ascorbic acid (vitamin C) in juice? I noticed that the Cell-tech creatine also has 417%DV of ascorbic acid per serving.
 
Citrus neutralizes the activity of creatine, im assuming youre using creatine monohydrate, it basically turns it creatinine and it just turns into waste. You'll see better results mixing it with grape juice or something similar
 
Cause of my Ignorance :( I learnt that it has to be taken with a sugary drink. Since a glass of OJ is the only sugary drink I have in the entire day so I said lets have it with that.

I keep water with me during the workouts but now I think I will mix the powder in gatorade or something and carry along.
