I think this is a great challenge for everyone who drinks pop regularly.. though I'm really surprised at the number of people who posted here saying they have so many cans per day! Growing up, my brothers and I were only allowed one can of pop per week, at supper on Sunday evenings. Quite honestly, I think that was one of the best things my parents ever did. I'll have the occasional can now and again when I'm at a friend's place or with a mixed drink at the bar, but I NEVER have pop in my house unless my boyfriend is visiting (and since we are 1000 km apart, that's once every few months). Come to think of it, most of my friends aren't big pop drinkers either.
Anyway, after that tangent, I just want to say that cutting out those calories is a wonderful step for all of you! Your body will love you for replacing all that unnecessary chemical mixture with the pure water that it craves.
