The ChillOut Log

That is a great success Chillen! I am definately interested to see what you are doing for exercises. I hope I am half as successful as you have been so far. It sounds like it is really going great!

I have decided--finally, to make a my own diet and training journal separate from the ChillOut log.......

I have had many requests.....I will manage my own tracking and logging system separate from it, and transfer applicable information to it on a normal and functional basis........

Im going to call it......Grillen the Chillen (That title is actually from an FFer post a few months back)

I'm glad you FINALLY decided to make your own log.
And you can definetly count on me to come by give you my support and see if I can learn anything new from your workouts.

Congrats!

Part of the problem (like I told you on yahoo) is that I would, in essence, be keeping two running journals at the same time. But, after much thought, I have worked this out, and decided to do it.

Thank you Phate.....means alot.....

Best wishes to you my friend

October 30th, 2007: Thoughts for the day (1)

Things are not well in the Chillen household.

For the past year, I have been assisting my wife in taking care of her father (in our house), who has Alzheimers and lung complications. We had to take him to the hospital last night because he had a very difficult time breathing. And, the outlook isnt very good. He is 79.

The grandsons (my sons), my wife, and Aloya (his wife, and my wife's mother) are heartbroken.

I hate seeing my wife like she is. Carrying her own health problems with a broken heart; I have to be the glue to keep it together.

He has been beyond an exceptional grandfather the past 20+ years, and has given so many cherishable and priceless meaning to my children over the years; it would take far too much space to write. My own father couldnt touch the hem of his pants.

I have decided to strap the family on my back and be the strong one, and they can ride on my wing.

It is possible, if things dont go well, I may be off a few days supporting the family and making other arrangements. I will keep you informed.

The Workout today will take on a new dimension; Im both angry and sad....so the iron things have a problem. ;)

Marko..........Wholly.......Smokes! Thank you dude!!

Thank you!

Im at work at the moment and plan to leave early as soon as I get some responsibilities in order, and get to the hospital. We got a third call from the hospital a few minutes ago, and the Doctor said that though he has improved, he is on his last days. Basically he is sufficating.

EDIT: Whats Ironic (I just learned), is that there releasing him. (the problems with his lungs are due to smoking for 30 years, and though its treatbable to a point, its not cureable (Misspelled), and they are putting him on some oxygen and we have to take a machine home with us and some tanks for it.

Thanks, Marko

That's the best thing, I remember when my Grandad died, he was released from hospital earlier that day despite being ill. My Nan was sure it was because they knew he was going soon so allowed him to die in his own bed and she was very gratefull for that

I get that general feeling this is the case, I will find out more when I get there. I would rather have this happen (if it is going to) at the house in his own bed and with family around that loves him.

If there ever was a reason not to smoke and the issues it can cause, here is one good reason. He is sufficating because of his years of smoking.

I love this man dearly, but there is a lesson for my kids and persons on this forum that currently smoke.

This is your future if dont stop: Sufficating to death.

And, Im serious.
