Ok, Here we go its June and we are ready for another month of crazy weight loss, and posts.

Rules: There are no rules... j/k
1. Weigh ins are on the first, last of the month and every Monday in between.
2. Thats it. No more rules.

So since this post in on May 31st I will post my beginning weight tomorrow.

Good luck and lose weight!

Okay, okay. Count me in. I am heading for a loss of 10 pounds for the month of May as well as working my way up to running for ten minutes at a time. Sounds like a little bit but believe me, that will be a goal for me!

I plan to kick some serious ass in June. So, ladies and gents . . . Who's gonna keep up with me??

Ten pounds is my goal again this month as well... lets see if i can actually pull it off this time.

I wish I had the gumption to take up running... but i don't see that happening anywhere in the near future.

Bring on June... I gotta get rid of this craptastic upward trend I seem to have picked up this week.
 
I weighed myself this morning and I was the exact same as I was on my Friday weigh-in. This is a good thing for two reasons:

~Today is Sunday and being the same weight indicates I was good all weekend, which I was. Yes, Matt, I do listen occasionally. Just don't tell Brian, k? :p

~TOM is here and I am not up. If anything, I am probably more down than the scale indicates. I'll take it. :D

June 2: 224.6
June 9:
June 16:
June 23:
June 30:

(Incidentally I just realized why Matt went for Monday weigh-ins for June - one extra weigh-in day.)

Hello, Friends

Hey, guys. I finished May strong with a weigh out on Friday at 214. Today, after a REALLY good, but really bad weekend, I think I'm somewhere around 219. I'll call my start weight 214 with some catching up to do right off the bat. Still recovering from the weekend. Hope to have some time later to catch up with everyone.
 
Ok I weighed in twice this morning and am now totally confused...

Right after waking up - 185.8
Post workout - 183.2

I will let you guys call it by consensus - I don't which of these numbers is the right one...
 
I'm in! I weigh in at 194.5, I aim to lose about 10 pounds this month!

June 1: 194.5
June 9: 193.1 (1.4 pounds lost so far)
June 16: 191.8 (1.3 pounds gone!)
June 23: 193.1 (1.3 pounds back!!) - mostly muscle (holds thumbs)
June 30: 191.9 (2.2 pounds lost, yay!)

I want to average 3-4 pounds a week. So by June 30 I want to be 183 to 181.

I will lose two pounds easy during a workout. What I try to do is weigh myself first thing in the morning before any coffee or breakfast. After that it's just for information.

Go with the higher number and just think it gives you a leg up on the BPJWLC.

I would blame/credit two things:

1 - Sweating, reducing water weight
2 - Increased breathing - if you're working out, your breathing is faster and deeper and since we breathe out some water vapour... more water weight loss

And I'm officially in.

June 1: 192.5 (26.9%)

My goal for the month -- lose 4% bf. And here we go... good luck everyone!!
