Amazing first week, and if you were retaining that much water (or even just half of it) it´s no wonder you´re feeling a lot better!
 
You sound so on top of this, Logi! What a great beginning - the weight loss, obviously (yay! for achieving mini-goals! :hurray:) but also your clear-sightedness about what you're doing and why, and the way you're eating well, and how you're pacing yourself so beautifully. With you all the way! :)
