Yeah. Phelps is an anomaly. At the moment USA just beat Venezuala in mens volleyball.

OMG, did anybody catch the men's 400m relay? I can't believe the US won. France was ahead, and that fourth US swimmer was flying in the water in the last few meters of the race.

Total goosebump moment, especially at the podium. I cried when they played the US anthem and I'm not even American. I'm just so proud of those boys.

The one where the US beat France by an inch? Best come back ever
and the best part was that before the race the French swim members said " were going to smash those Americans" haha, in their face

And China is DOMINATING the score board, they already have like over 10 gold medals.

Yeah. I get really choked up when I hear the American national anthem. Especially with a win like that. I was so happy for them :)

PS: The US is a pretty good neighbor. Us Albertans really like Americans because we wouldn't have an oil and gas industry if it hadn't of been for the Texans and Oklahomans coming up here in the 1940s and telling us how to do it ;)

The City of Calgary has the most Americans than any other non-American city in the world. I think we have about 80,000 Americans :)

That's because all Aussie's are from tough British stock originally. An Englishman isn't allowed to cry, it's the law

Americans on the other hand are far weaker mentally which is why they cry at the national anthem, Oprah, and closing time at Krispy Kreme

We just won a bronze for poncing about on horses, I now think it’s a great sport and fully deserves to be in the Olympics

Just wait till the athletics start, China will gain no more medals and the US will gain even more.

Did you Know Big C, out of all the olympics were in 3rd place with total medals, after Russia and the US. Were not that bad ;)
