Sport Testosterone and diet

English people are known for their low testosterone, thats why they are such pansies. :p

To true, I'm no jock (the word I believe you use in the americain vernacular), give me a chilled out evening with my mates rather then an ego comp with some jocks.

That said is one example of a british person who even yanks may be hard pressed to call call a wuss.

:) Well, yep, it's the libido problem. I totally love my wife and yet I have lacking desire, so I sure think I could use some more T. There doesn't seem to be any problem with the plumbing. I can't help but think significantly increasing my T would go a long way to solving my problems.

You got to the point where everything is cosy and the relationship is nice but mellow? I think it happens to most people who have been in a relationship for a long time, you have to keep being inventive and work at it. Have you got anything new left to try that you may be to inhibited to try? Thats where I was going with the skunk suggestion but if you have no problems with the plumbing then does a few drinks help you get wild ;)

Is it one sided or are you both happy to just get in bed and cuddle before sleep. Work at the the T by all means, but it the meantime in may not hurt to look at other ideas. I'm sure others can advise better in this department, if not maybe look through some of your wives magazines or try another forum?

Bad sex life huh. Don't worry. Start eating more meat like a real MAN, and you'll notice the increase in libido.

TESTOSTERONE NATION - Saturated Fat: Killer or Testosterone Booster?

That article concludes:

article on t-nation.com said:
After reviewing the literature and studies presented in this article, one can't say that increased consumption of saturated fat definitively increases Testosterone levels, but it may, especially in strength training individuals. It's evident, though, that a higher total intake of dietary fat (30-35% of calories) does increase Testosterone levels compared to a low fat diet.

The article also notes the disadvantages and risks (artery disease, cancer) associated with high saturated fat intake, so it is not an unequivocal recommendation to increase saturated fat intake. Each person needs to make his/her own decision based on his/her own goals, and his/her own health condition (e.g. someone with genetically high LDL cholesterol levels and family history of heart attacks may not want to add any more saturated fat, while someone with very low LDL cholesterol levels and no family history of heart attacks has more leeway in saturated fat intake).

Testosterone nation is an awesome website and has alot of very good information on there but if you guys want to really get some good backed up and peer reviewed information about this stuff then you really need to start searching databases and reading more into things.

Its real hard for short studies to find strong correlations and quantitative results.

Yeah, it's probably got too safe an secure to be passionate

Try banging your wife's sister for a while to show her she has some competition and she'll soon pull her finger out and get the knee pads on ;)
