i apologize but i should i have known better from the challenges that i participated in 6 months ago, but when i am in a challenge, i tend to focus on my weight TOO much and my loss (or lack of) frustrates me & i get down on myself. therefore, i am sorry, but due to limited posts in here and updates from everyone and their feelings....i am going to drop out of this challenge along with myself beating myself up for being a slow loser....which i know i cant control, but what you konw and how you feel doesnt always coorelate together.......Please excuse me as it is personal. I need support, friends, venting...and hopefully i'll get that through my diary. Good luck to you all and I will be checking in on you. Hope you guys ROCK!!!!
