Please post your starting weight IN POUNDS PLEASE sometime on Monday. This challenge will run until Monday, July 24. I realize that because of time differences, people will be checking in at different times, but you will need to have checked in by early Tuesday morning (my time).

Each member needs to post in this thread at least once every three days. If you do not, you may be dropped from the challenge. If something comes up and you need to be gone for awhile, please let your team members know. Please do not leave the responsibility to me to make sure that all of your team members are posting regularly. I will be checking in with each team but I cannot always keep up with everyone. Please let me know if you think someone has jumped ship. (Maybe we can throw them a life preserver? ;) )

Please keep this clean. I encourage friendly competition. Please do not post rude comments in the competing teams' threads or diaries. The posts will be deleted if anyone does so and that person may be dropped from the challenge.

More will follow later about the postcards or ecards. Have I included everything? Let me know if there are any questions.

Yay team!! Here we go ... I have a great feeling about this & am SO excited!!! My starting weight for Monday is 204. Yikes. But we're gonna work out tails off and kick some mega butt!!! :) Let's go!!!

I posted last night that my weight was 204 ... but I should have waited until this morning. My weight is still 204. but I just want to make note that I wasn't getting ahead of the game! :)

SS, kick butt we will :D I may be short but I think I can manage to get my leg up to kick a few around here :D:D hehehehe

Starting weight for this pudgypeanut is 182.5 *sigh* figures! But thats okay - just gives me more chance to lose before the end :D:D Lord help anybody in the way!! :D

Okay. Sorry I was MIA this weekend and couldnt help with a team name! Thanks for dealing Cassie!! My SW this morning is 139. I am ready to get at it!!!!!!!!!!!! We can do this!!! Away with the fat! On with the exercise & water!! :D
 
DAY ONE!!! HERE WE GO :) Soooo excited because I KNOW we can all do this!!! Drink that water like no other and move those bodies like craaaaazy ;) Yay!!!! Hope everyone has a successfl first day!
 
Hey everyone :) Just thought, for my sake, I am going to post some goals for these next couple of weeks to keep myself in check.

Goals:
1. Write down EVERYTHING that I eat on a daily basis.
2. 12 glasses of water everyday (96 oz)
3. 1200-1500 calories per day.
4. Exercise at LEAST 30 minutes per day (cardio & alternate arms & legs everyother day).
5. Motivate my TEAM :p
6. When I'm grabbing for a snack - think "Is this really worth is?" "Once on the lips - forever on the hips!" haha*
 
SS - good idea. i remember when we used to do these challenges, we'd tell each other goals and how we hope to g et there, so i'll follow in your footsteps...i aim to lose 2 lbs in these 2 weeks. i am a very slow loser or i'd guestimate more but i'm just being realistic...to have this happen, i MUST eat 1500 calories per day split so i am eating every 3 hrs or so...DRINK lots of water & stay away from alcohol....EXERCISE my butt off (literally) folliwng my schedule set for the week including pilates on monday/thursday, plyometrics on tuesday, elliptical on wednesday, run on saturday and walk on sunday w/ friday off....and LIFT WEIGHTS on wednesday and saturday through circuit training.....and take my VITAMINS daily! anybody has suggestions, i'd be glad to listen!!

Hey team....my goals are this:

I go to the gym 3 days per week.(Mon, Wed, Fri.)
30 minutes cardio
40 minutes weight training. Alternate upper body, lower body.
16 minutes stretching

On Tues, Thurs, Sat, I am going to power bike for one hour. I have a brand new bike with a new seat so I need to break it in.

As for diet. I have been trying to stick to the Rice Diet. I seem to feel full on that diet. We will see how it goes for the energy boost though with this diet.

We can do it!!!!

so, how was day #1 for everyone?? i got in lots of water ,exercise and ate 1550 calories :D but i did have a glass of wine with dinner (yikes!)....so far so good today....

jodee and i are really the only ones who are going to post our plans????
