Okay team! Lets show everyone what we can do this month! This thread is just for team "I Know What You Lost Last October". :D Post you starting weight and goal weight and I'll keep them in this thread.

Tempest: SW - 220, CW - 217.5, GW - 208

Hey team, feel free to go ahead and post your starting weights and your October goals. This is our thread, so we can help each other stay motivated!

Last night I went to the gym for the first time in months. I did a light workout, because I want to get in a routine of going again. I'm really excited about being back on track, and I hope you guys are too! :D
 
Hey there! I had actually started a thread for us this morning as well...but we can use this one if you want. My starting weight is 243 cw 243 and my goal is 225. That's about 4.5 pounds a week. I can do it! One-derland is looking closer and closer every day. I cant wait!
 
Sorry all, it took me a while to get over to this section. Have been bouncing around diaries the past two days.

I think 2bfit wanted to be on our team too - CW 155 GW 150

My stats:

SW 158
CW (Oct 2) 140.4
GW (Oct 31) 135

I'm 39, married, mother of two daughters. I like to jog, just started strength training.

I'll say "howdy" on everyone's diaries....

Thanks patty, I added 2bfit to our list of team members. I put your starting weight as 140.4 for this challenge, that way we'll be able to calculate how much the team has lost for the challenge. :)

Btw, I'm 25, married, and daddy of 3 doggies. (No kids just yet) To lose weight I'm consuming around 1300 calories per day and going to the gym at least 3 nights a week.
 
I might yet join you guys! If no one posts by the end of the day in my group, I'll come join you if you'll have me!:)

Im 22. No kids...and I have a wonderful supportive boyfriend :)
 
Good day everyone!

Here is a bit about me: I am a SAHM to 2 little people - 3years old and 8 months. I am hoping to get down to my prepregnancy of 140 by Christmas. My weight loss strategy is a low fat diet and cutting back on carbs, jogging on the treadmill at least 3 days a week and weight training.
 
I weighed in today and 0 lbs lost.:( I can't be too dissapointed because it is thanksgiving and there are just way too many temptations. Dinner last night and a dinner again this weekend, so as long as I don't gain I will be happy. Next week I will get stricted! Everyone have a great weekend!
 
Sunday weigh in 136.4 - I'm off to do a few weights here at home before I run my 5k this evening.
 
Hey everybody! Sorry I haven't been here in a few days. I weighed in this morning and I'm at 217.5 - thats 2 1/2 pounds down this week! :D
 
hi group! i think i'm in your group, i was really confused about where you guys all went!! but my SW was 152 and I'm down to 150. My goal weight is 142 (mini goal weight-till Oct 31st). That's about ten pounds. How are you guys motivating yourselves? (to get to the gym and stay away from fatty stuff) I'm usually pretty good in the mornings but when night time comes boy it gets pretty hard!
 
Correction...i guess that's a 4 pound difference from last week. I was 243 and today im 239. Thats 4 pounds...not 2 like i had said in a previous post. Im prety sure i've got a case of the mondays! Anywho...Im glad you found us ireallyhatefat! Im just really motivated. Maybe its because I've only been at it since august 1st. I just haven't had the time to get sick of it. Plus, I know I have a lot more weight to get rid of..and i want it off as quick as possible!! It helps that i have a full gym here at work..so i'm able to work out during my lunch breaks. My boyfriend is an awesome cook and has been preparing my meals for me too. He's been a huge help...and a great support :)

We've lost 12.5 pounds already! GO TEAM! :D
