V-day was great, we had a really good dinner and then I made a cake,(I know), that we all sat down and decorated with the kids. They really enjoyed themselves, it was very worth the calories for the look on there faces while they were decorating! I didn't do too bad though. This morning was bad, I had candy for breakfast and then an orange. I am going to drink extra water today and double the exercise!
A little about me, Well I am a stay at home mom of 2 kids. Sit down for this, most people freak out, I'm 23. A mom of 4 year old girl and a 1.5 year old boy. They are great and keep me super busy! We love playing outside and going to the lake in the summer. Right now my daughter is in school and ballet/jazz class. She loves it! I have been married for 2.5 years but together for almost 6 years. He is an amazing guy but I had to make sure. My hubby works his butt of so we don't have to send them to daycare. :) We have 1 hamster, 2 dogs and 3 goldfish. I love to garden, I grow some pretty mean tomatoes :D
Good luck today guys!

Last night's dinner was *excellent*. We went to III Forks, a nice restaurant here in Dallas. We had crab cakes, lobster bisque, and lobster tail for dinner. We passed on the desert, just because we were absolutely STUFFED! :p My wife and I go there every year for Valentine's day.

And, a little about me, I'm 25, I've been married for about 7 months now -- although we were dating for 6 years before that. No kids, yet, but we've got 3 dogs -- thats plenty to handle right now! :p

I'm a software developer for the mortgage industry, so ya know that big stack of documents you have to sign when you buy a house? Well, I write programs that generate all of that paper work. Not too exciting, but it pays the bills.

Team RELENTLESS in the house!

Hey all! Just wanted to pop in here and let you know that TEAM RELENTLESS is working hard to kick all your butts (in a friendly competitive way of course)! Better watch out! ;)

I noticed everyone giving a little more of a bio, so I'll pop mine in here too.

I've been married for just over a year now, no kids. I'm a full-time University student (Environmental Science), and I also work part-time at a coffeeshop (not a good thing when ona diet!).

Yesterday was a good day. Did really well food wise, and I went for a long walk before my exam last night. I did weigh myself yesterday... down 2 pounds! :) That made me happy, especially after v-day!

Last night was great. I did my normal hours of housework yesterday and then did 45 mins on the eliptical. Which was about 3.75 miles. I was very proud of myself. I also did 1 mile this morning before breakfast. :D We are so going to kick some butt! :p

I say sure as long as she wants to win ;) . I don't think canadian girl is in the weight loss competition anymore, no posts from her at all.

Hello everyone,
Thanks for letting join your team. I am so excited to do this. I know it will keep me motivated. Well right now I weigh 170 and my long term goal is to be 140-145. But for every week I want to lose 2lbs or more if I can. So I'm give it my all. "The only way to FAIL is to QUIT"

Mini goal:168 by 3/11
Summer goal:145 by 6/30

I hope to not let you guys down but I might not post for the rest of the day or tomorrow to let you all know. My hubby had an accident at the job h e was at, he does construction and he fell off his ladder. So everyonekeep him in your prayers that his leg is goingto be alright, he is the bread winner of the house! Good luck to everyone today!:)

Cool, welcome to the team jelly belly! :)

I added your starting weight of 170 on the first post of this thread.

Monday will be 1 week into the challenge, so early next week hopefully we can get a status update from everyone and we'll post how we're doing.

Have a great weekend every! Be good! :D

Okay, I'm not sure about you guys, but the weekends are the hardest for me. To help keep me in line, I've made my weigh-in day on Monday morning. So far its worked pretty well.

So, lets each set a personal goal for this weekend and knock that out. We're doing great, and I wanna keep things that way! :D

For me, I my goal is to stay under 1400 calories on Saturday and 1200 calories on Sunday. I'll also be going to the gym Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, at least for 45 minutes a day.

Being good during the week is much easier with a routine, but on the weekends, I tend to go south.

We're approaching the half-way point of the challenge, so lets show 'em that we're DETERMINED! :D (k, that was cheesy, but ya know..) ;)

Hi all.......I hope you all have a great weekend. It's FREEZING cold here in the twin cities - - I'm going to be hibernating and watching the race on Sunday. I'll try to be good - - - take care!
