I'm working hard today to combat my overindulgence this weekend. Thank goodness it is not so hot so I can be out doing things. I hope everyone had a groovy weekend. Good Luck, next week.
 
Yaaaaaay!!!! My plateau is gone!!!! I dropped 1 1/2 lbs. Wow I actually think this eating more thing actually works. LOL
 
Way to go Manaloa!!! I knew you could do it. Now if only I could do the same.

What? You only have 3 tiaras, Scarlett? You are so darn funny. I pick the one with the big teardrop pearls. The other ones are too understated.

How's everyone doing today? Eating light and putting up a fight, I hope.
 
LOL!!!! Piney, You picked my favorite one!!! Which is actually a replica of the Cambridge Lover's Knot Tiara that Queen Elizabeth gave to Princess Diana as a wedding gift, originally commissioned by Queen Mary in 1914. Not that anyone is very interested but I think it's cool. Pictured below.

Thanks Manaloa, that one was a gift from some very dear friends and I cherish it.

Also, here is more of my collection....these are for wearing around the house while doing things like vaccuming and taking out the trash LOL!!!

Have I mentioned that Suzanne Sugarbaker and June Cleaver are my idols???

ooooo, I like the blue one!! LOL, I can't imagine the looks I'd get from the hubby if I wore a tiara around the house to clean.
 
You are Suzanne Sugarbaker aren't you? You are so hilarious. I should have known you had a whole collection. I think we all should start wearing them at all times.....especially at work. We should wear them proudly in honor of all the Queens and Princesses that came before us.

I don't have any though.....can I borrow one, Scarlett? I could have used one earlier when I was mowing the lawn. That would have been perfect.

I forgot how it transpired...it could be that we'd been to a shower or something where plastic tiaras were the party favor. But my mom and I wore them while driving home and we got ALOT of stares!!!!

I just need an Anthony now!!!!

Hope all my sisters have a fabulous day. I'm going out for most of the day so will be offline. But I will visit everyone most likely tomorrow. Can't wait to catch up with you all to see have you've been doing. I'm struggling very hard this week to just make the tiniest dent in my plateau so I can show SOME KIND of loss for the challenge end. I don't want to be a disappointment to my team!!!!

Princess Scarlett - that's too cool... Funny a few years ago, I gave a friend of mine a tiara... she wears it while housecleaning, paying bills, other stuff... I really think every woman needs a tiara -- even if it never leaves the house.

I have a feather boa that I bring out - -just because I wanna feel a little saucy sometimes

It's settled. I'm buying a tiara. I had a boa, but my dog thought it was some sort of wild game and she had her way with it. I love the idea of wearing it while doing housework. It's all very, very Saucy.

You saucers would appreciate this - next time you're around the bookstore - check out a book by Susan Jane Gilman.. called How to Rule the World as a Smartmouth Goddess -- we all need tiaras... and boas :D

(I was reading the book on a flight somewhere, and the very very gay flight attendant decided that he needed to get a tiara ... because tiaras were special.. yeah, whatever honey :D

Go sisters!!!!! Scale didn't change today but I did buy a size smaller jeans. Oh were the challenge only based on jean size. LOL!!!
 
Hooray!!! The plateau has been busted!!!!! Although that means as of today I've lost a whopping 1.2 pounds for the ENTIRE challenge. Yikes. Sorry sisters!!!!
