This is a personal challenge as well as a team challenge. I want as many of you on your toes as possible to keep me on my toes...

GAh you ruined my attempt at talking smack...I was trying to say the slackers are on the platinum thread :D

Well team Victory, exercise is going well but still need to get the food more in check. Gotta increase the fruit and veggie intake. Yesterday I walked for a little over an hour and today I walked for 40 minutes and did some very heavy cleaning for 30 minutes. Still gotta get caught up with that push-up challenge. How's everyone else doing?

Also welcome aboard Moster. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Well done for keeping up with me on exercise so far.

You have to do some on Sunday now - because I have done mine. I did 7 miles on the treadmill at 4.0mph.

Food control is important. I am currently focusing on drinking extra water and it is really helping me at the scales. Most people (especially cuddly people) do not come close to drinking the right amount of water.

Keep working hard now or I promise it will be tricky catching up with me if I take a lead.
