Okay this is my first real attempt at changing my life style.
I weigh in at 267 and i am 5'8
My doctor suggested that the next time I weigh in is when I see her next February 4
that is two months from now
and then she said weigh myself only once or twice a month
since I have over one hundred pounds to loose
I figure this will help me psychologically. So I can set foot on the scale and go "wow" and it will motivate me to keep going.
Also I heard scales aren't acurate anyway because of water weight.
They say when your clothes feel looser and can fit into smaller sizes that's when you see the difference.
So what do you guys say about the whole scale thing?
