Forgot to mention yesterday that I finally dropped the last 4lbs from January, so 10 to go to meet February goal.
Didn't get any exercising in last night. I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade that has travelled to my neck, so I thought last night I should rest. Will get back to it this weekend.
Got in 116oz of water and 3 cups of green tea yesterday.

Not a great weekend. Got out skating on Saturday, then pretty much felt like shit the rest of the weekend. Son had to come home from daycare yesterday due to "rash". So today is officially the start of my week.

Haven't exercised since Saturday, didn't drink nearly enough water, and the only green tea I've had is today 1.5 cups.

Will get out of my funk and try better tomorrow.

Ok so I have been sick and outta commission but now I am here and back and jumpin on board agian - I will pick up this challenege where I left it and I will update either tonight or tomorrow mornign for sure!!!
