Have you tried snacking when you can? WHen i want to snack i just eat some Trail Mix, Wheat thins, Emerald SMoked Dry Almonds. All those are good and taste great.
if you want to bulk add a spoonful of peanut butter here and there, snacks on things like peanuts/almonds slices of meat. Dont be scared of carbs they are your friend when bulking. Your appetite will increase as you start to eat more regular. Workout harder too.
