Non-elim week is great news. I thought Heather and I would be leaving.

I am up to 221.5 today--that's 3lbs higher than Friday.
I really need to bust some butt this week to get a new low.

Good luck this week everyone!! I do have to take a second and say that I'm SO EXCITED. . . .I finally BROKE THROUGH 200!!! And all I had to do was just stop worrying about the scale and put my focus back on my exercise! (Having TOM leave helped too!!!)

That is fantastic that you're now in Onederland, Heather! Nice job!!
I will probably be eliminated this week b/c of my gain, but I am dropping out anyway b/c I am leaving Monday for a vacation and won't be able to weigh myself next week. I'd rather leave that spot to someone else.

Hello everyone! I am very sorry that this came so late. I had to wake up very early this morning for my sister's pre-k graduation. And I've been up since 7:30am and haven't stopped.
Here's the results:
heathercb04- 2.11% loss this week/ 1.63% loss over all
Omega- 1.71% loss this week/ 6.39% loss over all
Lisamcrn- .91% loss this week/ 4.59% loss over all
kgirl- .71% loss this week/ 3.48% loss over all
Eldaweesda- .68% loss this week
lindseybot3k- .37% loss this week/ 1.82% loss over all
Bikinibound- retired from the challenge
thekrinse- didn't sign in.
Unfortunately Bikinibound and thekrinse are the 2 people eliminated this week. I am sad to see them go. i'm sad to see anyone go. But it is getting close to the time where I mail out the ribbons! Great job everyone!! Keep it up!!

Sadly, this is the end of the Summer Solstice Challenge. EVERYONE in this contest did spectacularly! I am very proud of every single one of you.
Here is how this week worked, in case anyone is confused. There are 6 people left, and I continue my regular pattern of eliminating 2 people. There will be 4 people remaining. I put those 4 people in order in accordance to their weight loss over the ENTIRE challenge.
Prizes: I will be mailing out 4 ribbons to the top 4 people. I will be mailing out letters with those ribbons, and also to the other 2 people that were in the top 6. So will all of you PM ME with a place to send the mail to? Thank you very much.
I will not delay it any longer... here are this week's results.
This Week's Break Down:
1. Omega- 1.16% loss this week
2. lindseybot3k- 1.11% loss this week
3. kgirl- .72% loss this week
4. lisamcrn .39% loss this week
5. heathercb04- Maintained this week.
6. Eldaweesda- .83% gain this week.

In second place... KGIRL! With a 17 pound loss; which is 11.03% of her weight!
In third place... LISAMCRN! With a 12.4 pound loss; she has lost 7.58% of her weight.
In fouth place... LINDSEYBOT3K! With an 18 pound loss; she has lost 6.33% of her weight.
You all did SO WELL! I am truly inspired by all of you. And we all enter summer with better fitness levels... which is why I started this challenge to begin with.

Thanks Lindsey and Brandy for the congratulations. I really enjoy challenges as they help to motivate me so that I stay on track. I have to say that I need all the help that I can get now that I am 16 months into a long term project - it would be so easy to give in to temptation.
As the challenge ends I am now at the lowest weight that I have had for over twenty years - and have just this week celebrated getting into UK size 10 jeans (US size 6).
I would like to thank Brandy for organising a great challenge for us. I honestly believe that everyone who enters such a challenge, enjoys it and loses any weight are all winners.
Many people will have benefited from this challenge. The nature of an elimination challenge dictates that the many people that benefit and the full amount of weight lost is not visible on the final scoreboard of results.
