Alright you future gym bunnies, I'm calling you out!
If all goes well, by the end of march or beginning of April I'm gonna be at my MG of less than 200, at that point I'm gonna start strength training! So here's what I'm thinking, at the end of april I'm gonna pull up a fitness summer challenge, that lasts 4 months =| crazy eh? lol
If you're in, you have until the end of april to do what you wish (hopefully lose alot) and then on may 1st you have to post a current picture of yourself, somewhat revealing ... so guys, shirtless? girls, if ur not comfortable with underwear pics thats fine, lets throw on some tight clothes so we can see the body shape haha. Then the thread will pretty much die out for 4 months of GRIND after which we can post after pictures to see what the difference was!
... pretty much, im gonna do this cuz university has a 4 month break lol, so for me it's not a challenge it's a goal; muscle. i just thought if it sounded interesting to anyone else they could jump in
and well if it doesn't, oh well, i'll run the challenge with myself anyway
P.S. i realize im posting this WELL in advance so im sure the thread is going to die out before end of april, im just giving u guys a heads up, in case anyone is in the same goal region as me. u have until end of april.
