AHi! I'm joining late! I've been a member her forever. Lol. I really kicked my butt into gear in May '11, when I weighed 288. I went down to 232 from May until September, then lost focus. I lost another 10lbs in there, so, I didn't gain, but I didn't lose that much. I'm kicking it back into gear, though, and have already lost 6lbs in less than a week. I don't want a bikini body. Just want to be comfortable. :) My main goal is to be 180 by June 8th....my birthday. If I hit lower, awesome! I think between 160 and 180 would be perfect for me. :)

Count me in! This basically runs JUST past my goal date in July.. hopefully I won't need this many months, but considering I seem to lose weight relatively slowly, I'll still be checking in constantly! Also, this is a lifestyle change for me, so it'll be a good reminder that if you reach a goal, it doesn't mean you can immediately start slacking! Also want to tone up, which takes AGES..sooooo...

January 1st [START]: 66.5kg (146.6lbs)
January 8th: 65.5kg (-2.2lbs)
January 15th: 65.7kg (maintainingish.. two big losses for me in the last 2 weeks so not surprising!)
January 22nd: 64.7kg (-2.2lbs) (woo, already broke my minigoal! Gonna try and SMASH it!)
January 29th: 64.4kg (-0.6lbs)


So much for 'smashing' it! But VERY happy anyway, hit my goal! If I can drop 5lbs a month I will be ecstatic!

I am in! I need all the help I can get, I want to get down to 145, but haven't made it for the last six years. I usually get to 150, but that is good! I will try to see this through to keep my weight down.

Count me in! I tried a challenge back in September, but fell off the wagon :banghead:


I am super motivated now...I am a month into doing yoga and eating better, so hopefully if I keep at it I will be in bikini shape by my vacation in July!!
