AI thought it would be fun to start a new challenge for anyone preparing for the new year. Me, I've never made a New Year's resolution. I'm going to try this year, doesn't hurt lol. Anyone else is welcome to join.
Basically it starts Jan. 1st, and then you set a goal you'd like to reach by Summer (June/July/August). Weigh in weekly, post what you did or didn't do for the week, inspire and motivate each other.
