AI thought it would be fun to start a new challenge for anyone preparing for the new year. Me, I've never made a New Year's resolution. I'm going to try this year, doesn't hurt lol. Anyone else is welcome to join.

Basically it starts Jan. 1st, and then you set a goal you'd like to reach by Summer (June/July/August). Weigh in weekly, post what you did or didn't do for the week, inspire and motivate each other.

Primary Goal: Muscular definition, possible size 4 pant! Basically, a rockin bod I can be proud of!
Secondary Goal: To pump out 10 man-pushups and 5 pullups.
Actual loss: -5lbs, down to 5/6 pantsize from 7/8.

I can't wait to start this challenge. I am really sick of doing fad diets, losing a few pounds, then binging and gaining all the weight back. It is really depressing and I really want to stop and lose weight the healthy way. I want the weight to stay off. I want to be healthy and happy again. I hope that you guys can help me stay true to my goal. And I hope that I can be of some help to everybody as well. Thanks for starting this thread!

Really need to get back to this, and seriously lose the weight and stop letting life get in the way and cause me to sacrifice myself in pursuit of something else. My goal is to be lose 80lbs by Christmas, hopefully before that if I'm lucky, so here I go again... Will be trying for -10lbs a month...

I live in Ireland, where bikini weather means it stopped raining for a day (or two, if were lucky;))

AWhy are you bummed over new tats? I have sleeves planned out but I'm waiting for more definition before I get them started as it will give me more motivation to maintain after I achieve my goals. Tats = permanent expressional art.
