So, after more than 4 months, I'm back. To keep it short and sweet, this has not be my number one priority, and of course I lost it. I could have lost few ponds instead
But ok. I guess these setbacks are a normal part of trying to lose weight.
So this time, I will try with baby steps.
First step: BREAKFAST.
Rules I want to follow about it:
1. homemade, eaten at home with full concentration on that (no cell phones)
2. to write down about it here
That's all for now. I will move forward with the next step after I am consistent with this one.
Ideas for breakfast: for now ajvar (paprika spread popular hear) with a piece of bread.
