Sounds delicious! I probably would have added some shredded lettuce to the toast&scramble and beans to the quinoa but that's just me being me.
That does sound a little like eating well and exercising regularly are like a punishment for not conforming to some kind of norm. Do you also do things for your body to reward or simply enjoy it? I find it easier to take good care of my body (including food and exercise) when I feel positive about it in general.
I'm usually a picky eater so I'm not a huge fan of beans haha. The reason is because last year I lost 30 pounds by starving one day and then bingeing the next. So I lost the weight in 3 months. Then I was happy and well and mostly happy with how I looked until July of last year where I attempted suicide, I was stress eating then and put on all the weight plus 10 additional pounds. And now I really want to go back to how much I weighed a year ago (135 lbs) but do it in a healthier way. And recently I've been really upset with how large I look and comparing myself to other people and trying to cover up fat however I can and I'm so tired of that so I really want to change my lifestyle
