Sounds delicious! I probably would have added some shredded lettuce to the toast&scramble and beans to the quinoa but that's just me being me.

That does sound a little like eating well and exercising regularly are like a punishment for not conforming to some kind of norm. Do you also do things for your body to reward or simply enjoy it? I find it easier to take good care of my body (including food and exercise) when I feel positive about it in general.

I'm usually a picky eater so I'm not a huge fan of beans haha. The reason is because last year I lost 30 pounds by starving one day and then bingeing the next. So I lost the weight in 3 months. Then I was happy and well and mostly happy with how I looked until July of last year where I attempted suicide, I was stress eating then and put on all the weight plus 10 additional pounds. And now I really want to go back to how much I weighed a year ago (135 lbs) but do it in a healthier way. And recently I've been really upset with how large I look and comparing myself to other people and trying to cover up fat however I can and I'm so tired of that so I really want to change my lifestyle :)
 
I´m so glad you´re trying to do it the healthy way this time. I love beans but I respect that not everyone does :)
 
Wow thats crazy! I knew they had some sugar but I didn't know it was that much.
just to be clear... that was for all 4 packs.

the C.F. sauce is 6gm.
the Poly. (if you notice, sugar is the #1 ingredient listed on that one) weighs in at 13gm.

frankly i'd be curious to see what 3+ tsps of pure sugar looks like inside of one of those containers. ... does it even fit?
 
Comparing ourselves to other people is never a good idea. I play golf with some very skinny people, but I don't want to be that skinny. I have accepted who I am & that I will never be thin. We are all different shapes. Saying that though I want to be healthy. It is much easier eating healthily when you can come from a place where you value yourself. You & I and everyone else in this forum deserve to be healthy. We deserve that.
 
I forgot to write what I ate yesterday so here it is:

Breakfast: My usual smoothie with granola and chia seeds but i added a little avocado too

Snack: Chocolate protein shake

Lunch: rice, tempeh, pecan ‘meat’ with some ketchup along with some grapes

Dinner: 2 rice cakes, a few mini peppers, half an apple with almond butter

I also did arm and ab workouts as well as an intense 25 minute cardio workout.

On Sunday I’m going to treat myself and have some keto pancakes with sugar free syrup!

Oh and I forgot to mention that I’m only going to weigh myself once a week so that I don’t become obsessed with the numbers on the scale.
 
I'm picking up a dog tomorrow. I think he'll be super energetic too. It's good for us :)
 
Okay so here is what I ate today:

Breakfast: My usual smoothie with granola and chia

Snack: Chocolate Protein Shake

Lunch: 3 rice cakes and an apple with almond butter (felt super dizzy and nauseous today probably from anxiety so I didn't have a big lunch)

Snack 2: NuGo Slim Raspberry Truffle protein bar

Dinner: Pecans, pecans, mini peppers

I did a 35 minute dance cardio workout which was superrrr exhausting
 
Oops I fell asleep before I could write what I ate yesterday but here it is:

Breakfast: My usual smoothie with granola and chia

Lunch: 2 rice cakes, an apple with almond butter and some banana peppers

Dinner: Chickpea pasta with ketchup, some pecans, an orange, and a few mini bell peppers

I also did 30 minutes of dance cardio!

Oh! And I weighed myself this morning and I lost 2.8 lbs!! And I know it’s not water weight because i already lost 5 pounds of water weight a few weeks ago since i started drinking more water. Super proud of myself! :D
 
Again I was too tired to post yesterday but here’s what i ate yesterday:

Lunch: 2 rice cakes, an apple with almond butter, mini peppers and grape tomatoes

Dinner: Luna bar with protein, low carb trail mix

I didn’t workout yesterday cause yesterday was my rest day.
 
So today I decided to eat a cheat meal since i ate healthy all week so here is what i had

Breakfast: My usual smoothie

Lunch: Keto pancakes with syrup

Snack: Hot cheetos popcorn

Dinner: 3 slices of a CPK 5 cheese pizza, and half of a butter cake with ice cream and some bread

I also had some diet coke

Before I ate anything I did a 30 minute HIIT workout

Should I do a water fast tomorrow?

I don´t think it´s healthy to get into the cycle of overeating and then starving yourself to make up for it, if that´s what you mean. But then it also doesn´t look to me like you went crazy yesterday (unless that butter cake was an entire cake instead of half a piece). Or maybe you just want to get back into ketosis as quickly as possible? That´s something I know too little about to opine upon.
