Hello to my diary and everyone!

Once again I’ve been too busy to update for a while. Sorry, I will catch up with the other diaries around here soon.

I haven’t made any huge weight loss strides, but I’ve at least kept up doing a lot of walking most days I think. And I’ve been cooking pasta for dinner most days, learned how to properly finally, with fresh ingredients, and it tastes so great.

Actually, I can definitely tell I’m thinner, BUT only in my face. LOL. Is that possible? It’s a little annoying. My body is no different sized at all, except maybe my arms a bit more defined? But my face definitely looks like it lost weight. Just need to take face photos, haha.

I really plan to step up the strength training this week... I forgot for about a week again, oops.
 
Springflower yes it's possible I suppose to look thinner in the face . For me it's the tops of thighs lol . Takes long time for over body affect .
 
When I lose weight it almost always seems to start with my face& work its way down to where I really want it to go. Oh well. At least we're doing this & if we keep on trying we will get slimmer & fitter :)
 
The weight loss stops and starts can feel a bit like taking two steps forward and one step back. But eventually those steps ahead add up!
