3 pounds down but I have done no exercise this week except 1 30 day shred. Partly because it's been a crazy work week and I keep sleeping in. Time to really work on that! This week - every day workout, including today.

I'm nervous about meeting my goal because I'll be on vacation next week and I'm worried about not being active enough and eating right. It might just mean I need to step it up for the rest of the challenge :)

I finally realized why my weight was stuck at 131-2!!
I was eating so much on the weekends after the weigh-in!! Does anyone else have that problem?? I used to do but this weekend I was SO good! :) I'm proud of myself! Woohoooooooo! :party:

Four and a half pounds this week. I'm excited. At first I though I wouldn't reach my goal of 200 by may 11th (my birthday) but now I think I can do it.

I really have been watching what I eat and have been active without necessarily doing an official "workout" since the challenge began (I play basketball with my brother and walk the dog lol). I think the fact that I know everyone will see my weight the following sunday keeps me on track. I haven't lost 4 lbs in a week in sooooo long. This challenge has been great. I have to do another.
