I really didnt want to weight in at 206 but oh well...I had KFC on Friday night BIG mistake...

April 1 - 206.4
April 8 - no comp didnt write down
April 15 - 207.6 - ooppss wrong direction - im nback in it - better next week for sure

I'm hoping to see a lb or 2, but I'm not sure what it will be.
 
Well...I've been sneaking on the scale a bit...last tuesday I weighed 134 :) soooo hopefully I'll weigh a bit less on sunday!! Of course this whole...not being able to eat a thing yesterday and today will probably drop the scale...ugh :rolleyes: . However, seeing as how I have been working out really hard and eating the best I can eat up until yesterday...134 last tuesday is pretty good :)


everyone else KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are soooo going to win this :) I KNOW it :)
 
April 18 is International Jugglers Day - so Challenge 1 this week is going to practice for 10 minutes a day and :) Start with 3 pairs of socks so you won't hurt yourself :)

Challenge 2 will also be to try something new this week, at least twice... try a vegetable, a fruit, a piece of fish, a spice, a grain - something you haven't tried before.. .Try it and report in...

Don't forget to update your origijnal post with the weights and the asterisks for the weekly challenges

I already know how to juggle...should I try to do more, like tossing it over my shoulder?
 
yeah - go for fancy tricks :) I personally want to learn to juggle fire but my apartment insurance doens't cover arson :)

I wanted to learn how to do it with knives, but my mom said absolutely not, and my volleyball coach said the same thing. (I'm the only varsity setter) :D

Good Morning guys :)

I've lost 1lb since last week, YES!!...I recorded it on my chart...but I'm really hopeing that b/c its that TOM I would actually be down more!! So here's to hopeing next weeks weigh in ROCKS for me :)

Okay...and to make up for not bringing in as many points as I could have last week...I tried to juggle....my co-workers think I'm nutts now...as I sit here trying to master juggling pens...lol, its all I could find three of :p


I know its tuesday...but have a great week everyone!!
 
Keep up the good work, Foxes. Maybe we should go round up some of the ones on our team that aren't checking in??:)

For my something new today, I ate asparagus. I have never had it before...ever. Weird...I know, but true. I'm not sure if I liked it, but it was edible so I will try it again...and again...until I DO like it.

What have some of you been trying? Any ideas to throw this way? I don't have any ideas for new things to try. I can be a real dud sometimes:p
 
My new favorite thing to eat now is the trail mix grapenuts with orange craisens in them...it's sooo good. :D I love it.

Other than that, I had an intense vb workout today for the first time since the season ended in the fall. My butt hurts! :D And my arms feel like noodles. :D

Keep it up guys! We need a few more people posting in here too! Don't be shy! Just post a little bit, one word even (if it lets you)

Whew, i thought juggling work...hubby...kids...laundry..etc..you get the picture. Well you should see me with socks..think I like juggling life better. :0

yeah...so juggling pens, SUCKED!! lol, I ended up dropping one and marking myself...lol, oh well.

I tried three new machines in the gym today, can that count for trying something new?? or does it have to be a new food?? Maybe I can find the answer in another post....**gone to check**

1. Be an Artiste!! Using a paint program, an online coloring program, colored pens/pencils/crayons and paper (and scan it into the computer) Get one piece of artwork posted in this forum.. No one has less artistic skills than Ido but spend 30 minutes letting your inner picasso, leroy nieman, andy warhol out and run free... let's see something creative

2. Process Free - this weeks challenge is to have no more than one item of processed foods per day for a total of 4 days this week.. That means, if you lean cuisine it for dinner, you gotta go for fresh food for lunch. Give the microwave a rest, put that canned soup away -- cook fresh... loose some sodium for the week

Shoot, I totally forgot about this past weeks challenges. UGH...sorry:(. I did it on Monday and then just dropped the ball. I'll do better this week:)

I was able to start by throwing the ball over my back, or under my leg. That's about all the new stuff I learned to do consistantly. :D
 
Im glad Im not the only bad one heh ehe heh Tiffany - we can continue contributing to the prior challeneges - well then I will add up points for nature and 5 a day at least...
