I taught the tri class swim technique today. Its my second time and I find it ironic that the class I used to be so "afraid" and intimidated by is now one that is listening to me for swim instruction.

Its so fun and they are always so grateful. Best of all, I get a free membership out of it

Anyway, after I did that for an hour and a half I was kinda unmotivated to do my own workout so I just did weights, which have been VERY lacking. I'm still shaking from them! I feel like a weakling

I'm borrowing a friends road bike for a 30 mile+ ride tomorrow. I can't wait.
