Well, this weekend has been horrible!
My sister broke up with her boyfriend of 2 1/2 years because he is getting an arranged marriage! (its a pretty long relationship for a 16 year old!!) she hasnt stopped crying and eating chocolate all weekend. So i ate some choccy with her yesterday and today (but counted it as sins in diet). Its weird but im getting scared that im going to revert back to chocolate everyday - so i need a bita support if thats ok! hehe. I want to have a really good week this week, and feel like i have packed myself full of good stuff like vegetables.
Today i have had:
1 cream egg
1 normal chicken egg hehe
8 pieces of bacon (lean)
4 mackrel fillets (and a tin of mackrel too)
a turkey steak
carrot and sweed
3 bananas
2 pieces of bread

I have swimming training on sundays - so i try and stock up on protein on these red days! (hense all the meat!)

bah. i think i need to exercise more this week to shed some more pounds. I'm going to aim for losing 3 this week! aim high aim high aim high.. hehe

in other news : my little cat is having kittens this week!! grey tabbies everywhere! hehe yay! ill post lotsa pics
 
After slipping up a pound last week (due to period me thinks) , i have counteracted it by losing 2 pounds this week! yay!
Seen as im off School for a lil while, i am swimming every day (30 lengths [25m] front crawl) which i can feel is doing a whole lot of good! It takes me 30 minutes! so its easy to fit in at any time really!
Hopefully this week i will loose 3 lbs, just because i want to seen as i havent lose that much in a while!
I have a driving test on my next weigh in day - so if i fail that i want something else to feel good about instead :D

And the chocolate- DON'T TRY TO THINK ABOUT IT!!! I'm the same way, the second I have a little chocolate, I feel like a little more won't hurt, lol...but uh, it does :) Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels, I just keep telling myself that :D
 
haha thats so true Jess!! thats what goes through my mind when i see any bad foods! i just think about how good it feels as my body is getting smaller and flab dissapears!

I did another 30 lengths of front crawl today.. 3 days on the trot now.. im aiming for 7 at least! hehe. This may just kill me..

i am planning to do 100 sit ups before bed.. but i may stop at 50.. bah!

Well, yesterday i had a break from the exercise! I had been to the gym and done the swimming again 2 days in a row! and my muscles ached so bad! But tonight im back on it again and am off to do my 30 F/c in a bit!
Tommorow i have my driving test - im getting nervous and scared - haha but if i fail, my new bicycle should be arriving tommorow anyway - so either way - NEW TRANSPORT BABY!
yess, well im getting sick of waiting for my cat to pop out her babies.. im tempted to squeeze her.. but i think it would make things worse :D hehe.
Weigh in tommorow ... c'moonnn 3lbs! woo!

my boyfriend bought me a kinder egg - cant decide whether to eat it tonight or save it for easter! either way - its only 5.5 sins!
 
Well, yesterday was possibly the best day ever!! I dropped 4lbs this week! (i think mainly from the crazy exercising). I also passed my driving test, and got my new bicycle! i went for a celebratory drive in the afternoon to the beach!!

Ahh i am definately keeping this exercising up if i get results like that! I think ill aim for 3lbs again next week (and hopefully loose 4 :D hehe). Its such a good feeling because its starting to feel like my Goal will be real soon! 1lb off my short term goal anywho!

Yaaaayyyy!!!! Thats sooo exciting! I agree with you- its to great losing weight to quit :) even tho now and then, ya know, there a re a few little backslides, lol.

yayy! My cat had her kittens today. 5 little fluff balls.. 2 are grey tabbies like their mum, 2 are black and white like their auntie, and one is alll black! awww i love em all and hope they all survive. I did try and name them but forgot which one was which..

God i dres the scales this week, no exercise or anything! im just hoping that i dont gain anything, i can cope with no loss!
 
well, today sucks. i have so much work to do for tommorow (back at school), and feel crappy because i cant make it to swim or gym - not enough time!
The only cheery thing is my kittens. im going to take pictures soon and put em up, because frankly theres nothing more adorable!
Might take some "during" photos this week to add to my "before" ones..

Well, sorry i havent posted sooner! The website wouldnt let me post anything yesterday, so im having another go today!
Well, i weighed in yesterday.. annd... (drum roll please) i am 175... that means ive hit my short term target! Yay!
I cant wait to hit 168 (12 stone here) because i wont have been that light since about 5 years ago! amazing!
This week im trying to concentrate on what is going in my mouth. hehe. Because my diet doesnt restrict the amount i can eat of certain foods, i find i tend to eat those foods for the sake of it! Im going to only eat when i am hungry this week, and hopefully add in some exercise along the way (although im coming up to my exam phase.. so its going to be difficult).

This summer (july onwards basically) im going to DEFINATELY go swimming absolutely every single day, and try and repeat my system of swimming that i did two weeks ago (which i lost 4lbs in one week with!) I would love to do it now, but i literally have no time! So much work for exams and all! Plus im doing a lifeguarding course... but hey! At the moment im still going swimming twice a week, and doing a gym workout once a week, so its not too bad, but im really looking forward to going at it again.

bah im blabbing now :) anyway, my target for next week is 2lbs HOPEFULLY. That could mean that it will only be perhaps a month till 168lbs!! yayyayyayayayy

I have missed you all a lot! (especially rn :))
Well, i've been incredibly busy with school exams and general stressing, but now that i have my time back, i cant seem to get round to doing the things i like!
I havent been as motivated recently to loose weight, although my goal is still so fresh and alive in my mind! I have lost another 3lbs in the past few weeks, which is pityful really! but the most important thing is that i am eating right, and the only thing thats missing is my exercise (although im slowly getting back on the band wagon this week). Actually healthy eating is almost second nature to me now - which is so awesome because it doesnt feel like im on a diet!
Im frantically trying to book some tickets to Germany for a romantic long weekend in Berlin with my partner (as it is his birthday tommorow). Im hoping to go in like july i think, so it would be so amazing to loose 7-10lbs by then! Big goal... but im so up for it.
Well, all thats left to say is commmeee onnnn 168!!

I have taken up the job of cleaning my parents pub every weekday morning... it sounds silly but it works up a sweat!
So after that 2 hours this morning, i biked into the city to buy some new trousers! They are so beaautiful... Red skinny fit jeans.. mmm BRIGHT red. I love them. I had some skinny fit black ones before i started to loose weight.. and once i had lost a stone i literally couldnt wear them anymore! They were so baggy! These ones are a little tight at the moment... but i cant wait till they are also too big! (but maybe not toooo big... because i love them and want to wear them! ) UUH too much excitment. i shall just have to post a picture of them later on!:D

Glad to hear that you took up a wee job, if anything else I always find working means I can't eat anything. I wish I could go swimming every day as I love swimming!:)
 
Wow you've lost over 30 lbs so far Sophia, you're doing so awesome! I'd love to go to Germany myself... but I don't know any german :p I hear most of the people in non-english Europe speak english anyways, so maybe it wouldn't be so bad.
