Ok, so if you read my introduction on the Newbies board you will know some of this already!
I'm Sophia, am 17 years old, and i live in England. I have always been a chubby critter, but i have been on the slimming world diet since janurary, and have slimmed down from 203 pounds to 184 (weighed this morning - down 2lbs this week!). I have never written down what i eat, only what i weigh each week!
So by writing down my foods hopefully i can share some success with you guys!
Im hoping to be about 140lbs to start with, so i have 44 pounds to go! (some of my previous conversions have been a bit out!)
If i continue to lose 2lbs a week, like i have been since i started, i will hopefully be at my ideal weight in July or August - which will be fantastic for summer!
I exercise quite regularly as i am a synchronized swimmer, but have upped it by starting to jog with my boyfriend.
Although my family support me, they are not strictly on a healthy eating plan, so fighting temptation is becoming second nature!
I think my goal is pretty realistic... so *fingers crossed.
Today:
Thursday 9th March - weigh in - 13Stone 2lbs. --> 184 pounds!
2 pounds down!
Small bowl of Cereal (shredded wheat)
1 Pear
1 Banana
1 Apple
1 starburst (damn Rob..)
Potato and Leek soup with a slice of bread
Quorn mince with peas and sweetcorn, potatos and leeks
1/2 glass of Diet coke
1 bottle of water
1 glass of orange squash
Today my boyfriend Rob took me to the beach by train! it was cold and wet and deserted and very nice! We went for an hour walk along the stoney beach! yay for phone pictures
