So I've already made my bonus goal this week, but the scale says I've gained 2lbs! Rawr. The BF says it's because I'm getting so totally buff. Hah! Isn't he sweet.
ok I'm going to go ahead & post for the week 7 challenge.
I'm going to be realistic here & just try to maintain over the next two weeks. I'm not doing so great at losing, but as long as I am not gaining I am ok. I can start dropping again when life gets back to normal (whatever that may be).
I'm going to continue to track calories, wear the pedometer daily (helps me move more through out the day trying to break yesterday's number) & making sure to exercise several times during the week.

I am planning to continue to loose weight this Christmas. I will be going to the gym everyday it is open (closed for 2 days around Christmas), and continue workouts at home. I am the one cooking Christmas dinner so I will know what goes into everything, and I am still going to measure and weigh my portions. My uncle is also coming to stay with me for 2 weeks so we will be out and about most days, lots of walking and shopping. According to my plan the holidays should not cause a problem in my weight loss.

gain anymore,I kind of fell apart as far as losing the past week and a 1/2 I am still exersising tho so I can still win some points for the team and feel good somewhat about myself!You all are doing well,have a gr8 week,Tammy
Over the next couple of weeks i plan to maintain my weight at 145! once new years hit, i am going to begin an attempt at building muscle with minimal fat gain! Everyone have a great holiday!

I managed to lose 1.5 lbs and that was not keeping up with cals(which I knew I wasn't eating the healthest)but I did bike 4 days @8-10 miles so hmmmm I'll take it haha.HAVE A HAPPY SAFE HOLIDAYS SEEYAS AFTER XMAS!
I don't know where my post for the week 7 challege went, I may not have submitted it but I didn't notice until just now.
Over the holidays I planned on at least maintaining my weight. I didn't plan on exercising much so I wasn't going to set my self up for disappointment if I didn't lose anything, which I didn't but a new year is almost here. I still plan on going to jazzercise at least 3 days a week and getting in a little strength training on my own.
