Breyers makes these frozen real fruit bars, perfect for the summer time. Each bar is 45cal, so two together (like the old-fashioned popsicles) are still under 100! They're sooo good. I got a box last week that had orange, raspberry and strawberry.
 
Since I am prediabetic I like to stay away from eating too many unnatural sugars so some of my favorite snacks are no sugar added creamsicles/fudgesicles/popsicles (only 20 calories!!) and no sugar added chocolate (55 calories for one piece but that's all I need). I also like to snack on snap peas. Honey and peanut butter are good on plain rice cakes too.

What are sunflower seeds like? I have been told they have the correct type of fat, but my colleague at work told me theyre bad for you....grrr just when I thought I was getting things right!
I have previously been snacking a lot on cereal/protein bars but have learned that the corn syrup in it plays havoc on your hormones and sugar level..so not good.

What do you guys think! x
 
I am addicted to popcorn and I always have been :D ...so i like to munch on the 100calorie snack bags you can even get the cals lower then 100 by getting the snack pack 94% fat free!!! gotta love it! it is my afternoon snack...i eat that about an hr before i workout it fills me up but not to full! also the slim fast muffin bars are really good and filling and those are 140 cal
buy an air popper! they are soo cheap now.. i bought one for 10$ at walgreens. a cup of plain air popped popcorn is 31calories.. you can also add some of that(cant think of the name) but its a powdered butter flavor no cals.(look for it in the spices). or cinnamon and splenda .

i love to eat apply slices (half an apple) with betternpeanut butter (100cals for 2tbsp) theres this other peanut butter ive yet to try it comes in powder form you mix it with water and its 50cal for 2tbsp!!! (love peanut butter) its called pb2

i like cucumbers and honey low fat yogurt with 1/2 of fiber one cereal(orignial) fills me up too

A can of soda and a an apple is a good combination or I will take the roasted unsalted nuts with a can of soda is also good.Whatever you take ,have a soda or juice or water.
