Thats what ive got off the top of my head....Now of course im low carb & no bread or crackers or anything fun like that..but feel free to add whatever blows your skirt up!

oh thanks for the ideas! I never thought of eating 1 hard boiled egg and a handful of cherry tomatoes. I love them both!

low carb special K cereal with skim milk, i think its about 140 calories a serving.

i also like baby carrots dipped in guldens spicey brown mustard but thats kinda weird for other people i think lol.

if i think of more i will add it.

you know whats good? grilled shrimp with tomatoes, onions, and whatever else you like in a lettuce wrap. I have no idea how many cals are in it, but it sure is yummy.

My latest snack creation:

2 Ry Krisp Seasoned Crackers (60 calories/3 g fiber/low sodium)
1/2 ounce of goat cheese (50 calories - but you can find lower calorie goat cheese out there)
1 tbs sugar free Raspberry preserves (20 calories)

Spread the goat cheese on the ry krisp cracker, very thinly
add the raspberry preserves on top...

Enjoy the treat that comes in under 150 calories)

(this is also outstanding with very very thinly sliced sharp white cheddar - I just can't trust myself to have it in the house because I will eat the entire block of cheese..)

Rice cakes are only 35 cals a piece, so theyre my fav. I coat them in seaweed, wich is high in vitamins and very low in cals.

I've fallen in love with yogurt again... it's quickly becoming my favourite snack. The Activa brand is like 110 calories.

yummy

I have a major sweet tooth so heres a few under 200 cals I found that are good to.
Slim fast peanutbutter crunch snack bars(you'll think you eating a butterfinger)120 cals 5 fat
faat free jello with 2 table spoons of fat free cool whip 70 cals
fat free fudge pops 60 cals 0 fat 13 carbs (DQ)
special K snack bars strawberry/or chochlate drizzle/or vaniila ones 90 cals
I am a lowcalorie type dieter and I love my snacks so I read lots of lables lol!
I have the handfull of grapes or small apple or 1/2 bananna!
hope this helps Tammy:)

Try having a lot of healthy snacks on hand. A bag of grapes is always good, and the red ones can be quite sweet. Also raw vegetables, like carrots, brocolli, cherry tomatoes or celery with houmous (i don't think it's too fattening) or a simple low fat salsa are better than most dips.

Plus just crunching on ice cubes if you have a tendency to snack (as long as your teeth aren't too sensitive...), or drinking a pint of water fill you up...

Also something I've been trying...any fruit, like melon, plums, grapes, kiwi, or loads of others, all cut up in a bowl with low fat greek yoghurt is really filling, and tastes amazing! I'm not sure how many calories it would all be, and it's probably more than just a smaller snack, but it's worth trying, and healthy...

I am addicted to popcorn and I always have been :D ...so i like to munch on the 100calorie snack bags you can even get the cals lower then 100 by getting the snack pack 94% fat free!!! gotta love it! it is my afternoon snack...i eat that about an hr before i workout it fills me up but not to full! also the slim fast muffin bars are really good and filling and those are 140 cal

i stole this from some magazine i was reading... and it's awesomely good.. like a creamsicle

1 serving of canned mandarin oranges (1/2 cup of the packed in water are 50 calories)
mixed w/ 2 tbs of sugar free cool whip (25 calories)

both were well chilled.. mix together and enjoy..

Yes the special k with almonds is really good, low in fact...im not sure abt calories but the carb intake is 24 I believe for 3/4 of a cup and it is yummy...that is my sweet snack if i need one, LOL

For a quick snack I grab a yoguart tube...it is like 9 carbs...a peperoni stick, I know fat but ok on the carb scale at lke 1 carb per stick or 2 carbs per big stick...cheese strings...the snack packs are good, not sure how makes them...100 calories and 20 carbs I think...I eat rice cakes with peanut butter, they equal at about 11 carbs, not sure abt calories...Im trying to think abt whatelse i eat that is low cal/low carb...deli meat even though it is fatty but quick and easy to grab and eat...I think that is it for now...

There are some Lean Pockets Ultra that are right at 200 calories and very filling, the two that come to mind are Supreme Pizza and Ham & Cheese. Just watch out for the sodium.

I don't count calories or anything so I don't really know how many there are but here's some of my favorites:

Fruit salads! Mix together any fruits you want and then mix it with low fat yogurt and you could even throw in a few walnuts if you like.

South Beach Diet "MEAL REPLACEMENT" bars. 200 calories and 19 grams of protein.

Cottage cheese and yogurt! I know it sounds nasty but it's so yummy. Start out with the cottage cheese and mix in a little yogurt at a time until it's at a taste you like. I like my yogurt taste on the light side.

Veggies with 1 slice of "white" american cheese melted on it. The white american is harder to find but if you can Mmmmmmm. It's super creamy. I know cheese isn't all that good for ya but I figure one slice a day isn't bad.

Two eggs... (one yolk) with tomato on top. I eat this in the mornings a lot.

Thanks for all the tips. I have become bored out of my mind with food lately so it's so nice to try new things.

Kellogg's-All Bran bars 120 cal 5 g fiber with the boxed granola and breakfast bars, 3 or 4 flavors

I also do yogurt with cottage cheese, maybe some peaches or strawberries on top, or Kashi brand Cereal has a Kashi go Lean Crunch cereal that is really good if you sprinkle a little ontop too!

100% no-sugar added applesauce w/ 100% pumpkin(in a can, its in the baking section, but its not the pie filling, make sure it says 100%)and some cinnamon and pumpkin pie spices...it looks like baby food but I swear its great!:D

I don't know how trusty this is, but I saw on iVillage that a Smoothie blended with 6 ounces skim milk, 3/4 cup diced strawberries and banana, 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup and 1 cup ice is under 200 calories.

OH! And they have those 100 calorie snack packs, like the chips ahoy pieces. Totally help me out when I want a cookie.

My new fav is 2 cups of sugar free chocolate pudding w/ half a banana and fat free coolwhip...its 170 cals!
