Hiya..Im trying to follow weight watchers again..but Im finding it very hard to stick to my points. Im allowed 21 points at the moment..but..I get so hungry and dont actually seem to be eating very much. Any ideas?? Im doing it from home..so my only support is you guys..lol. Any advice or motivation would be great, would love to hear from anyone xx
the biggest problem with weight watchers, from my past experience with them, is that the points equal a very low amount of calories per day and it made it ery difficult for me to stick with - in fact I couldn't...
What about increasing your points with activity points and giving yourself more points per day to work with.
From what I know of you, Mandie, your eating is fine, but you have binges that I would bet come from your being hungry, so you over eat at those times. If you went with the higher end of points, you would probably be less hungry and those binges would be much less frequent.
