Spread some peanut butter on it (fat/protein) use no more than 2 tbs
Add a sliced banana or an apple (more carbs and fiber)
Slice into 1 inch chunks and Wrap up and seal in plastic wrap
I'm a guy who has been a die hard meat eater for as long as I can remember. I actually love bread, pasta, vegies...well I just love nearly every kind of food but what I'm trying to say here is that I never would be one that turned down meat for any meal.I wasn't digging the hard boiled eggs and chicken for breakfast idea.
However with this last diet that I have actually applied some science too I've come to really love going with a carb based breakfast over a protean based one. Not only does it just feel better to me starting out my day thus but from what I can tell the science backs me up on why I feel better with such a setup.
