Sleep!

Honestly. It's like, I am still sleepy, so I don't want to get up until it is absolutely necessary (the last minute or so), and to ensure I do see the opportunity to get up, I have to keep awake by looking at the clock.

lol

Oh, hell, that makes a lot more sense, LOL! Now I'm with ya. You lie there and dread the alarm goin off, right? That's pretty normal. That's why they got them snooze buttons. But trust me, the longer you lay there, the more drained you'll feel. What you gotta do is pop right up and get into a routine. If you can manage it, do some push ups or jumpin jacks or somethin to get the heart pumpin. If not, just jump in the shower. Eventually, your body will adjust to this and you'll find yourself able to wake up with energy ever day. The down side? You'll probably also wake up at that same time on the weekends and not be able to sleep. I get up at 7 am on Sat and Sun now...:(

Dude, I get up at 5am on Saturdays and Sundays now.

-_-

Or even better put your alarm clock across the room where you cant get away from its noise without getting up

A guy at MIT invented an alarm clock with AI that when you hit the snooze bar, it rolls off the table and hides!

I agree, I get about 6 hours and i do fine. I feel better in the morning if I sleep about this much, but if I sleep more than this, I tend to feel more tired. Every one is different. Just find what is comfortable for you and don't have an alarm clock that you can see. If I do that, I will keep looking at the time and that keeps me up! hope that helps

I usually get between 3-6 hours sleep a night, biggest downfall to sleep I find is a tv in the bedroom theres just always something on that I can't not watch
