Oh, hell, that makes a lot more sense, LOL! Now I'm with ya. You lie there and dread the alarm goin off, right? That's pretty normal. That's why they got them snooze buttons. But trust me, the longer you lay there, the more drained you'll feel. What you gotta do is pop right up and get into a routine. If you can manage it, do some push ups or jumpin jacks or somethin to get the heart pumpin. If not, just jump in the shower. Eventually, your body will adjust to this and you'll find yourself able to wake up with energy ever day. The down side? You'll probably also wake up at that same time on the weekends and not be able to sleep. I get up at 7 am on Sat and Sun now...
