Sleep!

When I was your age, about <10 hours. You could probably do with less, though.

I am actually worried about sleep affecting my like mental-ness.
I seem to be failing Mathematics miserably SOMEHOW.
Last year at this time I was at 94, and this year I am at 36!!!! xD

However I guess not paying attention or like...not doing the homework could be the reason....but no....

You guys think....8 hours is enough?

8-9, more or less than that has proven to be bad for you.. just do your homework already..

hasn't it been longer than a week? and you're still bulking? aren't you supposed to change your goals again???? :p

How is it bad for you?

And shouldn't your math be progressing? Last year shouldn't be the same as this year, unless you got held back. And sleeping might not be the problem. It's probably like what I have; procrastination, lack of motivation, lack of attention, lack of control.

Someone please help me.

Dunno, I read it in a text book a while back... Not interesting enough to look back and research..

Haha, it's called ADD, and in Nobody's case ADHD.

I feel old, wtf is xD?

Every body is different. For me, I usually feel most rested after 5 hours. Anything more than that gives me the drag asses.

Guys like Jon Gruden sleep 3-4 hours a night and are completely rested. Just experiment. Cut down 1 hour each night, till you get the desired results. Also, try to get in the habit of wakin up at the same time every day. If you wake up before the alarm goes off, get up. Your body is telling you it's ready to begin the day. Don't force yourself back to sleep for 10 or 20 minutes as that will screw up your brain wave cycles and make you MORE tired. Waking up naturally is the best thing you can do for your brain. The jarring wake up of the alarm clock is about the worst...

How about waking up 15 minutes before the alarm is set to go off, just looking at it in paranoia for the very last second for you to get up and shut it off before you go to bed again?

That would likely make you an idiot. In that case, sleep is the least of your worries;)

Sorry. Maybe I misread your post, but it sounded like you were being intentially silly.

I mean, if you wake up 15 mins before the alarm goes off and just lay there and stare at the clock in paranoia, they you're either nuts or an idiot. Either way, sleep is the least of your worries. Maybe you meant to relay something different, but that's the picture I got.

I am more worried about mental effects right now.

So, basically once you wake up, you WAKE UP?

What? Once again I'm havin trouble deciphering your question. Maybe it's me. The smartass answer would be yea, when you wake up you are awake...

Honestly. It's like, I am still sleepy, so I don't want to get up until it is absolutely necessary (the last minute or so), and to ensure I do see the opportunity to get up, I have to keep awake by looking at the clock.

lol
