Skipping?

Interval training is a really good thing to do to burn fat. What you do is like sprint 20 sec and then go at an easy pace for like 45 sec. do like 12 of these and thats all you need or another work out is sprint for 30 sec and go easy for 60 sec and only 8, depending on the intensity that you want. But always rememeber to do like 5-10 min of warm up and also a cooling down period. But I don;t know anything about skipping and I wouldnt do it either unless you are letting your muscles rest and that would be why I would skip a perfectly good exercise.
