I feel stuck. Any time it seems like i'm bulking up, I hop on the scale, and it's exactly the same! I'm just confused because i feel like i'm putting on muscle (and a little fat), but the scale or pictures don't show it at all.
don't load the creatine like it says it's just a waste. and don't be disappointed if you don't notice and instant change. some people who consume a lot of red meat already get a good amount of creatine, but supplementing it has shown to increase IGF levels over periods of time. so that means more gradual gwrowth...
sometimes the scale is crap, i measure bodyparts and bodyfat. that way if my quads got bigger and my bf stayed the same who cares what the scale says! lol..
