Xenth: 2 TBS (36g carbohydrates) during and 2TBS after. Best taken with about half as much protein, from what I've read...just to keep it simple, mine ends up being 23g protein:38g carb, 'cause that's a scoop of ON whey and 2 TBS of dextrose. That's as close to 20g protein:40g carb as I can be bothered to get to. Works out to a 1.65:1 carbrotein ratio instead of the 2:1 I'd like, ideally.
