should I eat more?

one major tip i found to help fight off hunger:

Eliminating most starches, sugars, and even the low fat yogurts ect. Diet cola is also terrible for trying to control hunger. Just cut it all out slowly. It may sound hard, but when it's not in the house, it's much easier. I'm never hungry, and I rarely crave foods outside my current diet. In fact, I may struggle when I go back to maintenance calories.
 
So I have tried both thedailyplate and fitday and I think I like fitday more.

The best thing for me about Fitday is that I can customize foods because it is sometimes difficult to find a food in the browse list that is an exact match to what I eat. For example, WASA crackers. I also really like that it remembers your foods because I eat the same cereal almost everyday so this saves time.

Although I like that foods are easier to find in the drop down list of options on Thedailyplate. There I could find WASA crackers.

Both sites tell me what percentage of fats/proteins/carbs I am getting which is super cool.
Kara, you might be surprised to hear that I am eating almost 30% of fat but only about 20% of protein so maybe I will feel fuller longer if I start eating more protein and less carbs.
