Keep at it though, I'm sure that you'll get to where you want if you really set your mind to it - cliche, I know, but who said that cliches were wrong anyway?Just out of curiousity, are you preparing these meals yourself? I can't help but commend you for being some ambitious at 16. God knows I was happy witha C+ in school. That's about the peak of where my ambition was at 16. Not that I'm old by any means... just kinda weird to see someone at only 16 being so determined and knowledgeable.
How It Went
I've been working out rather inconsistently and haven't been posting it up here but ima get dedicated here on out. Definitely need to add some weight to those dips but my gym doesn't allow a weight belt, same with pullups.
Hey man, nice to see a familiar face.. I'm doing pretty good, been training pretty regularly, the biggest downfall (which is basically the most important thing) is I haven't been focusing enough on my diet and its hindering my lifting. But I'ma get back into the swing of things. How you been dude?
