i ahve two lumps which are cerbacious cysts infection in my sweat glands type thing caused by shaving got some antibiotics is such a relief!
sorry not been around girls i have a lot to sort out with immigration - it nealry came to the point where we might have to return to the uk but things looking better
lots of forms yuk
not really eaten much lately as have been stressed but i still weigh the chuffin same

so sorry girls i fell off the bandwagon big timeeee

i start work on monday so thats going to do me good - even if it is sat on me bum all day in an office lol but it will do me good as will get me into a routine!
i do come on just to see how your all doing but havent posted in a long time - sorry girls - i just dont have the willpower and keep letting everyone down including myself- have been a bit depressed and missing home - been choffin too many chips and choccie.... sorry again - maybe im just meant to be like this! i can never carry anyhting thru....

im in training at work and the weight is dropping off - im so busy and have got into a routine - i only take fresh veg and fruit to work to munch and wlak an hour every day at a fast pace up some big hills
- lost 6 pounds this week so far - i think it may work this time - have a real good feeling about it hehe

Hey sweetie!! Six pounds is awesome! I'm glad your starting to post more around here! I miss ya!! Dont forget about wearing our " boob tubes and ra-ra skirts and kitten heels this summer!!" we need to stay on track and stay motivated!! lol..
