Well I weighed myself Wednesday and I was a pound lighter but we know how that goes, crazy scale. But I'm still kicking that one percent's butt for sure :) Definitely makes me want to kick it up a notch this week.

Ummm... that no weigh in thing didn't work out too well for me the following week now did it. Don't worry, I am back on track. (However, I do NOT like the fact that I should be 12.3 pounds lighter than I am right now... BLAH!)

Well here's today's weigh in and the updated one for last week. I let things got out of hand the two weeks I've had no internet. Of course I could have gone and gotten a calorie counting book or found some offline software, so no excuses. But I will say I underestimated the amount of support and motivation I get from being on this forum....definitely helps me stay accountable.

I lost 5.4 pounds for Sept. which is 1.6% for the month but not if I figure I was supposed to lose 1% each week. Going by my ending goal then I SHOULD have lost 4.5% total, 14 pounds. But at least I finished and lost something for once. I'll try harder for October.
