Weight-Loss
Let's try to lose 1 percent of your body weight a week for the month of September!

Feel free to change the weigh in dates to suit your needs. Don't worry if you don't lose 1 percent, do the best you can

To find your percentage
Take your starting weight - ending weight = Pounds lost

Im def in :D:D:D I really want to hit 205 by the end of November....ahhh i can dream! I'll need to lose around 2lbs per week to meet the challenge of 1% and then a sneaky extra pound to meet my own wee target!

I am definately in. Especially as I would like to be back down to my low weight of 184 as soon as possible.

12 Sept= 212.4 -0.4 -0.2% (Stupid period...plus, I've been experiencing lower back pain and have been thereby laying off the exercise for awhile) :(
19 Sept= 211.4 -1.0 -0.5% ;_;
26 Sept= 212.5 (I don't understand what happened...I'm so sad)
