Hey EVERYONE!!

Wanted to start this really simple challenge!

Goal: Lose 4 lbs in 4 weeks!

Mine is here:

SW (09/01/09) 133.00 lbs
W1 (09/08/09) 132.00 lbs ___________
W2 (09/15/09) 131.00 lbs ___________
W3 (09/22/09) 130.00 lbs ___________
GW (09/29/09) 129.00 lbs ___________

I like this challenge because it's slow and steady and very reasonable!! I hope people interested join in with me!! I'm SO excited!!!!! :)
 
I'm in although I have to be honest and say that I hope to lose more than 4 pounds by the end of the month. I'll be shooting for about 2 pounds per week to get down to about 200 by the end of the month.

SW (09/02/09) 208.8 lbs
W1 (09/08/09) 205.6 lbs
W2 (09/15/09) 204.4 lbs
W3 (09/22/09) 203 lbs
GW (09/29/09) 204 lbs

*I had a relapse going into and over the final weekend. Also it didn't help that I was on vacation for the past week. All in all I'm ending the month lower than what I started so I'm okay with the outcome. Plus, there is always next month. parikp02, thank you for the opportunity to participate in this challenge. I wish everyone else on the board success in reaching his/her individual goals.*

The scale read 131.6 today BUT the past week I've had a consistent 132 so I'll stick to that! :) YAY!!!
