Need to shed some body fat %

Current diet:

7am : Fireball liqui-fusion, fruit (usually an apple), Omega-3, and 1 liter of room-temp water

9am : Fiber 1 Yogurt and about 1/2 liter of room-temp water

11:30 : Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, apple, and 1 liter of room-temp water

2pm : Power Bar and 1/2 room-temp water

5pm : Small dinner usually a Healthy Choice type, apple sauce (50 calorie), and 1 liter of water

Workout Routine:

Mon : 30 mins cardio, 15-20 mins abs, free weight upper body
Tue : 30 mins cardio, 15-20 mins abs
Wed : 30 mins cardio, 15-20 mins abs, free weight lower body
Thu : 30 mins cardio, 15-20 mins abs
Fri : 30 mins cardio, 15-20 mins abs, upper and lower body machines

I was attempting to play semi-pro soccer at the time by fat % was so low and was follwowing ridiculously strict diet and excercise routines, but I no longer have the time for those routines. I intend to get back on the pitch before too long :sport2:. My goal is 6-8% body fat and too have good energy.
 
I couldn't disagree more with the above post. If you want to be in control of your body weight and BF% you have to count calories and macronutrients.

Are you male or female? How big of a person are you? Your caloric intake looks EXTREMELY low. I'd be concerned if that was all my 39 lb 4 year old ate
 
I am a 20 yr old male. About 2-3 times per week I'll eat a normal sized dinner. I am 5'8" and weigh about 165. I have a considerably muscular build naturally.
 
everything maybe double everything at least, my diets not perfect but here is what I eat, Im doin a cut right now but Im doin more cardio than you because im an aerobics instructor
breakfst: 4 or5 servings oatmeal and some egg beaters
lunch: 3 or 4 sandwiches either tuna, turkey, PB&J and maybe a salad
snack: pretzels with some peanut butter
pre and post workout shake
Dinner: 3 or 4 sandwiches or some wholegrain pasta or grilled chicken and vegetables etc and i drink nothing but water
total 2800-3000 calories
