Senior needs help with my work outs.

I simply can't get my head around it being that cold!
 
Unfortunately the salt doesn’t work melting ice & snow until the temperature gets up to about -10C.
It also rots the rocker panels of vehicles!
 
We had a moderate night with -10C temperature & 10cm snow. Today cardio workout is 1/2 shoveling snow. My Apple Watch doesn’t an exercise called shoveling snow, so it’s just “other” lol

Another cold weekend in Canada with temps dipping down to -23 C overnight. Then back up to -8 C today & rain/wet snow mix forecast for Wednesday-Thursday.
Tomorrow is ground hog day. However I don’t have any faith in a rodent’s ability to forecast the next 6 weeks weather LOL!
While the thermometer does it’s roller coaster ride, I’m still happy to walk my Treadclimber.

We got about 10-12 cm of snow last night. Temperature about -12C. More snow shoveling! Took longer as I cleared my next door neighbor’s walk also. He recovering from bypass surgery last week

According to Wireton Willey, (Ontario Ground Hog) we will have an early spring. However I have yet to see a rodent with any reliable skills in forecasting the weather!
 
The cold weather has retreated to the north, with a warmer southern wind pushing in from the USA. Temps are warm +2-3C hi, with low -6 to -8 C overnight for the rest of this week. My wife Sharon & I were out for a nice casual 3km walk with Bella this afternoon.

Another moderate (for us) day on Sunday-10c , we had a 30 minute walk with Bella followed with 20 minutes in our new hot tub @+40C.
Today it’s-21, with wind chill at -30. Workout will be in our basement.

Not when the air temp is -10C, 40 is really comfortable for about 1/2 hour or so!
Bella is getting used to the hot tub, but she keeps dropping her rubber tire in it for me to throw!
