Russian style of weight losing

Hi, guys! Sorry for a long time without any posts)
I didn't give up and continue my weight-loosing challenge.
From my last post I've lost 1 kilo more and now my weight is 109.6. and totally I've burned 6,4 kilos.

My main work is hard trainings in a gym! From start of my trainings i dont only lose fat, I also get some muscles) My shoulders become bigger and that is make me so glad :)
